Are you doing retail business? Can an individual buy sarees from you?
We are sorry, but we do not conduct retail business. We primarily introduce fashion trends and launch brands. We serve as primary wholesale dealers only.
How do I become a customer of Rathas?
New business clients can register on our website. Once you complete the onboarding process, we will assess your business and establish a partnership to provide our products and services. Alternatively, please call us, and one of our sales representatives will attend to you and facilitate the onboarding process.

You can reach out to your nearest showrooms, online stores or retail businesses that carry our products. We do not sell directly to individual customers.

We have a comprehensive customer onboarding process, and credit facilities will be subject to your business model and management discussions.

Yes, we have a fully customized sample room and warehouse located in Colombo 13. You can visit us, explore our collection, and place orders.
How else can I view your product collections with pricing?
We will assign a dedicated sales person to you. They will share the collections with pricing upon your request, along with information on new arrivals. You can also place orders via call or WhatsApp.

What is the minimum order quantity per order?
There is no strict minimum order quantity as a registered retail business. However, we appreciate a minimum order quantity of 25 items per order.
